If you don’t know already, Hacktoberfest is a great way to celebrate and support open source software every year during October. IMO, contributing to open source is one of the best things you can do to build your software developer portfolio. Also, it’s the best (un-paid) software development internship you can ever find. So don’t miss your chance!
Although October is already half-way gone, I’m sure it’s still possible to complete the goals. All you need to do is to sign up the event and make 4 PRs to any public repositories on Github.
